    I can not access my save data when I go to playback any more after my update.
    each time I try to access it the system gets freeze that I have to unplug the obd cord or usb to restart.
    I presently run on software version: v 5.02 and firm version: v1.01
    please help guys.

    I have also after the last update of the system does not work playback menu.
    I sent a letter in support, but has not yet received a response.
    The problem is relevant.

     I am also unable to enter Playback ... after updating MaxiDiag Elite 802, on 07-May-2016, with system program ver 5.02 (firmware version is V1.01, hardware version  v1.00, manufacture date is 08/04/2014).

    Unable to enter Playback whether connected to vehicle ... or to USB on PC.

    Hi, please format SD card and reload the system program. Then issue will be fixed.
